7.30am – AJKs Gather, briefing, Punishment
7.45am – Members and Recruits Gather

Asisitant Chairpeson-(Chan You Fei) will ask the group leader to ask their member to masuk baris.It will takes around 15 to do a refreshment and check their fingernails,shirt and watch.In the refreshment class those who do not know how to ‘kawat’ will asked to write their name on a paper (to punish the group leader)

8.00am – 8.02am = Group leader give warning to the member that those who never cut fingernail and etc.
8.02am – 8.10am = Discuss group name
8.10am – 8.18am = Kawat static
8.28am – 8.30am=blow wisel to a sign of keluar baris

8.30am =member go in class

8.30am -8.45am= L1 Introduction to first aid
- What is first aid
- Why?(3 P)
(15 minutes)
8.45am – 9.45 am =L4 Circulatory disorder- Wound and bleeding and L5 Dressing and Bandage
- Type of wound

Do practical
(1 hour)
9.45am – 11.00am = L9 Injuries to Bone and Soft Tissue
- Type of fracture – (15 minutes )
- Fracture Bandaging (practical) – 1 hour


Punishment
Late comers – Frog Jumping = Female – 30 times, Male – 40 times
Miscellaneous – Pumping (Male – 20 times)
- Hentak Kaki (Female – 30 times)
