ATTENTION
Here are the Rules & Regulations that all of MUST follow or punishment will be given. Please read ALL of it. These are not only for members and recruits,committees must follow as well.
First of all,the Rules & Regulations from Treasurer Department:
1. Members are not allowed to touch/take the stocks
without the permission of the treasurer department. 50 times "hentak kaki" will be given
as punishment if the rule is broken. That particular member will be responsible to pay for any damaged or
missing stock during the next stock check.
2. Any payment that is related to treasurer must be
cleared before the end of each month (on the 27th). Those who failed
to do so will be punished 30 times “hentak kaki”.
3. Borrow stock must be return in the duration of 5 days
unless with a valid reason. Members who fail to do so will receive punishment
as much as 10 times “hentak kaki” per day until stock is returned. Members will
be responsible to pay for any damaged or missing borrow stock.
4. All claims must be above RM 5.00, accumulation is
acceptable.
5. Claim has to be done within one month unless with
reasonable reason (such as the point above).
· -Punishment will be doubled to any
committee that breaks the rules and regulations above.
Secondly,Rules & Regulations from Storekeeper Department:
1. Food, can drinks and packet drinks
are strictly not allowed in Bilik Kesihatan.
2. Members and recruits are not allowed
to crowd in fount of Bilik Kesihatan.
3. Members and recruits are not allowed
to lie on casualty’s bed (only when you are ill).
4. Morning session and afternoon
session are not allowed to go in Bilik Kesihatan except with Chairperson’s
department permission and cannot stay inside.
5. When emergency cases happened only
two First Aiders are allowed to go in Bilik Kesihatan. Bystanders are strictly
not allowed to go in.
6. Members
i.
Without
any permission you are not allowed to go in Bilik Kesihatan.
ii.
Not
allowed to HANGOUT in Bilik Kesihatan.
iii.
Not
allowed to put your belongings inside Bilik Kesihatan except with chairperson’s
permission.
iv.
Not
allowed to treat casualty inside Bilik Kesihatan EXCEPT for EMERGENCY CASES and
with teacher permission.
v.
Do not cross over to committee area.
vi.
Always keep the sick bay clean and tidy.
vii.
Keep calm and stay quiet (NO SHOUTING).
viii.
Always REMEMBER to get the permission from
STOREKEEPER DEPARTMENT and fill in “BORROW AND RETURN BOOK” before you lend
anything.
ix.
Things that are borrowed from Bilik Kesihatan
must be returned within 2 weeks.
x.
Always
fill in the “PATIENT WARD BOOK” if you treat any major cases.
xi.
Always
REMEMBER to fill in the “PATIENT RECORDS BOOK” after you treat any cases.
7. Recruits
i.
Without
any announcements you cannot enter Bilik Kesihatan.
ii.
Not allowed to touch anything which is inside
Bilik Kesihatan (only when you are allowed to)
*** Punishments will
be given out according to the decision of Chairperson Department.
Thirdly,Rules & Regulations from Public Duty Manager Department:
Before duty:
ü Get
a permission letter (Borang Kebenaran) from Public Duty Manger before attending
any duty and hand it in the day after receiving it.
ü Format
for filling a permission letter:

NO manual amendments, eg:
Liquid paper
·
Black Ink
·
Capital letters
·
Information given has to be the
same with your Identity Card.
·
Eg: Nicknames is not allowed
ü Permission
letter that contains mistake or dirty will be rejected.
ü Medicated
oil and bandage is a must to bring along when attending duty.
ü Physical
attire and tidiness. Eg: Finger nails
should be kept short, half-U should always be tugged in.
ü Must
have complete uniform and accessories. Eg: Name tag, ID tag.
ü NO
bags allowed except for group leaders.
During
Duty:
ü Be
punctual, responsible and discipline.
ü Duty-In-Charge
is required to give a briefing and physical tidiness checking before the duty
starts.
ü Always
keep the first aid base and stations in good condition.
ü Always
greet the officers.
ü Always
keep the first aid kit in good condition.
After
duty:
ü Duty
In-Charge/ leader is required to write a report based on the duty of the day
and send it to the Public Duty Manager.
ü Tidy
up the surrounding of first aid base and stations before leaving.
ü Tidy
up the first aid kit before returning to Storekeeper Department.
ü Bring
a normal t-shirt along to be changed after duty.
Miscellaneous:
ü Minimum
duty hours to be achieved throughout a year:

Chairperson Department: 50
hours
·
AJK: 30 hours
·
Members: 15 hours
Punishment:
ü Punishment
will be given by the Public Duty Manager/Duty-in-charge to those who disobey
any rules and regulations.
ü 30
times of Hentak Kaki will be given to members that fail on their Physical
Attire Checking and do not have complete uniform.
ü Members
that fail to achieve the minimum duty hours in a year will be deducted 10
co-curricular marks.
ü Verbal
warnings will be given by the duty in-charge to those who misbehave during
duty. There will only be 3 verbal warnings given to each member.

First verbal warning:
- 30 times of Hentak Kaki for
female members
- 50 times of Hentak Kaki for
male members.
·
Second verbal warning:
- 50 times of Hentak kaki for
female members.
- 80 times of Hentak kaki for
male members.
·
Third verbal warning:
- 100 times of hentak kaki for both male and female member.
-
Write a report to Public Duty
Manager.
-
Get banned from going to duty
for 2 months.
-
Get black-listed.
CADET
DUTY RULES:
ü Cadet
duty hour starts from 6a.m to 6p.m.
ü Cadet
is not allowed to attend any duty after the cadet duty hour except for those
who have approval by the Area Staff Officer (Cadet).
ü Cadet
is not allowed to attend any underage event duty. Eg: Concerts duty
ü Cadet
is advisable to duty with adult members.
ü Member
that is aged under 18 is required to fill in the Permission letter ( Borang
Kebenaran) before attending any duty.
Last but not least,Rules & Regulations from Member Welfare and PR Department *committees only*:
-Ask permission from Chairperson
before asking Member Welfare and PR Department to post anything.
-Ask permission from Member
Welfare and PR Department before posting anything in front of Bilik Kesihatan
or in Facebook group.
-Outdated notices must be taken
down from the notice board/door of Bilik Kesihatan as soon as possible.
Punishment
-Each notice RM5/50 hentak kaki(optional)
