10 Anniversary Celebration "Decade of Excellence"

Hi all,

Remember we had told you about the programs that we intended to organize next year in conjunction of our division 10 years anniversary celebration?

Here a chance for you to be part of the important year of our division history!!

We have 2 project at this moment
And more project will be added in line after further discussion.

To ensure to smooth running and success of these projects,

we need your participation.

You can choose to be in all the projects but do mind that each project required high level of commitment from you
and we need your focus for the project that you have chosen so that you would not clash with any meetings and being too stressful in organizing projects.

Programs available are:

Blood Donation Campaign 2013

We are planned to organise at least 5 Blood Donation in Different location to achieve our target of 500 pint of blood in conjunction of our 10 Year Anniversary.

To do so, we are planning to

- organise 3 BDC in March/April at, Subang Parade, Serdang and IOI Mall (Phase 1)

*Only Blood Donation and other SJAM related booth are set up in selected location

- 1 BDC in June at The Summit USJ, a Health Check and other health related booth will be set up (phase 2)

- If we are not able to achieve our target, then we will have phase 3 during august where only BDC will and sjam booth will be set up @ Bandar Kinrara Giant.

Only 5 members needed in each location except for the one in June.

Trip to Orphanage and Old Folks Home 2013

During our 10 year anniversary, is important for us to spread our love to the unfortunate ones.

For such, we will organise trips to Different Old Folks home and Orphanage Home throughout the year.

There is a total of 3 phase in this project.

1st Phase: January

Chinese New Year Theme
We will visit 1 orphanage home and 1 old folks home.
during the visit, we will celebrate Chinese New Year together with them meaning we will sing song, help to do some cleaning and have meals together(provided there is generous sponsors)

2nd Phase: April

Back to school Theme

We will visit 1 orphanage home

Play with them and give them new school bags or uniform(provided there is generous sponsors.

3rd Phase: December

Christmas Theme

We will visit 2 orphanage home

Play with them, have meals together...

With generous sponsors, we will provide each of them with gifts.

*If you know how to play guitar, you are very welcome to join us too as is cool to have sing along section with guitar..^^ "
