First Aid Examinations for Members and Recruits

To all VADs,
The First aid examination date will be changed from this Saturday(20th june 2009) to 4th July 2009 In SMK USJ 13 from 8am to 12pm.

If you are going to take the exam kindly inform Thu Yuen(017-2977260) by 30th June 2009.
If your ID is going to expire this year,
please hand me 2 copy of license size photo and 2 copy of photostat IC(front and back on the same page) on that day itself.

To Sing Yee,
please make sure you collect 2 copy of license size photo and 2 copy of photostat IC(front and back on the same page) and the membership forms from recruits, members that is going to promote to adult and those ID that is going to expired.
Remember to print out the exam form like those you had pass to me during the May exam.
