Time : 7.30 a.m. (AJK's and trainers) / 7.45 a.m. (recruits and members)

Dress code : Half-u (Members) / PJ clothes (Recruits)

Lesson plan for RECRUITS are as follows:

8.00 a.m. - 9.00 a.m. - Choking

9.00 a.m. - 10.00 a.m. - CPR

Lesson plan for MEMBERS are as follows:

8.00 a.m. - 9.00 a.m. - CPR

9.00 a.m. - 10.00 a.m. - Choking

Punishment for late comers :

Frog Jumping = Female – 30 times, Male – 40 times

Miscellaneous – Pumping (Male – 20 times)

Hentak Kaki (Female – 30 times)
