Grouping – Dataran Gemilang
Before Sports Day, members will be separated with recruits to train kawad.
After Sports Day, they will joined in the group

7.30am – AJKs Gather and briefing
7.45am – Members and Recruits Gather

The groups will be arranged from random choosing of rows after 'masuk baris' (Assistant Chairperson-Discipline,Chan You Fei will be in-charging of grouping of members and recruits)

Kawad – Dataran Gemilang
8.00am – 8.15am = Masuk Baris
8.15am – 8.30am = Kanan Lurus & Buka Barisan + Tutup Barisan
8.30am – 8.45am = Senang Diri + Rehat Diri + Sedia

Recruits – Chemistry Lab
8.45am – 9.45am = Introduction to First Aid & St. John Ambulance
Malaysia

Members – Class (Currently waiting class availability)
8.45am – 9.45am = First Aid Class (CPR)

Ice Breaking Section (Games) – Dataran Gemilang
9.45am – 11.00am

Punishment
Late comers – Frog Jumping = Female – 30 times, Male – 40 times
Miscellaneous – Pumping (Male – 20 times)
- Hentak Kaki (Female – 30 times)

After 11am AJKs will be having a review section (short meeting) for around 30min to 1 hour.
