we had our 1st Gerko of 2009 on saturday [7th february 2009] at our school, smk usj 13 from 7.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. this is what we have done during the gerko..
7.30 a.m. - AJK masuk baris
7.45 a.m. - Members and recruits masuk baris
8.00 a.m. - Foot drill
~ 8.00am – 8.15am - Masuk Baris
~ 8.15am – 8.30am - Kanan Lurus & Buka Barisan + Tutup Barisan
~ 8.30am – 8.45am - Senang Diri + Rehat Diri + Sedia
8.45 a.m. - Introduction to SJAM
9.45 a.m. - Ice breaking section / Games
